Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
All products are on a made to order basis. Orders once placed cannot be canceled. We strictly do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges.
How many days does it take to ship a product?

Yes, customisation is possible in terms of colors and size. While placing your order, you can select the “Made to Order” option in the size section, and our team will get in touch with you personally to discuss your color & size changes.

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?
Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?
No, we do not offer COD as all our garments are custom made. We require complete payment in advance in order to proceed.
Is COD available for International Order?

How do I get my outfit altered if it needs any alteration after I receive my order?
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up, we would be happy to assist you.
Should you need any further alterations after receiving your outfit, we will be open to assisting you however, we will not be liable to foot the shipping of your outfit back to us, should it need alterations. Any shipping or custom duty will have to be borne by the customer in the occasion that the outfit requires any alteration. We will be happy to alter it if need be if the product has not been worn, at no extra charge.

What if there is some issue with my outfit on receipt since I am ordering across countries?
All garments undergo a quality check before dispatch. As our pieces are handmade, hand-dyed and delicately embroidered, minor imperfections or repairs may occur as part of the craftsmanship. We can assist with minor repairs virtually or provide extra embellishments where possible.
Please store garments in a cool, dry place and opt for spot dry-cleaning only. We recommend airing them regularly. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit, after use, or due to improper storage and care.
Does the product color look exactly the same as the image?
While the product we send you matches the color in the image exactly from our end, any discrepancy of color may be possible due to the bright lighting used during the photo shoot of the garment, or due to the difference in color modes & brightness of different screens/devices that are used to browse the website. We work with woven fabrics, and minor negligible discrepancies cause due to natural processes like weaving of the fabric or hand dyeing may be present, but not apparent.
How do I place a custom order and share my size? As there is no way to share measurements while order placement on the website?
For a custom size order, we request you to place the order by selecting the Made To Order option on our website and a customer care executive will get in touch with you via WhatsApp or e-mail and share the desired measurement guide for custom sizing
Every garment undergoes quality checks before dispatch. We're not responsible for damage during shipping. Hand-made items may need minor bead repairs—we can guide you virtually or send a repair kit. For studio repairs in Hyderabad, shipping costs are your responsibility. Store garments in cool, dry spaces. Spot dry clean only. Air out monthly. We're not liable for post-purchase damage or wear.
